🧖🏽‍♀️ How I only wash my (greasy) roots, without washing the lengths of my hair - NOW UP IN MY STORY 😅🤓 Anzeige / guys this is SUCH A life and time saver, I can’t believe so many didn’t know how to do this 🤯😂. .

// CRY IT OUT // So today I put my head in my hands and started crying mid-way through my workout. The point of me sharing this isn't because I need or want any sympathy - I've got some sh*t to work through with expectations and judgements I put on myself 🙄🙈, along with general life worries, all of which I'm working on 😄 - but that's not what this is about. We compare ourselves constantly to the things we see on social media. Someone working out, someone doing crazy gymnastics tricks, someone on holiday, someone wearing the outfit you'd love to have. But never forget that the person you're comparing yourself to also has their demons, their struggles, their anxieties. Perfection doesn't exist and why would we even want it to? Without the challenges, the hurdles, the lows and the hard times, we wouldn't know how to celebrate and enjoy the good stuff. With our world increasingly going even more online (Cheers a bunch COVID! 😡) I can feel it in myself getting worse. Over the last few days my screen time has been at an all-time high and I'm pissed about it, but there's no point in getting angry or frustrated if I'm not willing to see the issues and make changes. I didn't stop my workout today. I cried it out for about 10 minutes. I then stood, looking at myself in the window reflection and said out loud "You've got this." In that moment whilst feeling so weak and vulnerable I gripped on to a little bit of mental strength and pushed myself to a place that I knew would ultimately make me feel better... just without the expectations this time. I’m very aware that my troubles are privileged ones to have, but that doesn’t mean I should ignore them and pretend all is ok when it’s not. Stop ignoring YOU. Give yourself the time, love and care that you need. Movement definitely won’t solve all your worries, but I promise you it will help put you in a better head space. Moral(s) of the story: 1. Let go of expectations. Offer intentions instead. 2. Don't compare your life to someone else's. Everyone has got their own stuff going on whether they chose to share it online or not. 3. You're stronger than you think. 4. Movement is therapy. #catmeffanyoga

What makes a healthy leader at the end of the day isn’t the promises they may tempt you with, it's how they show up for you as a universal, nuclear family. In the case of a leader whose responsibility is to 332 million people and how they show up to create health, harmony and safety for them all, and how they relate to the rest of the world, it does become about heart. A healthy heart. As you all check in on the vitals of yourself and your environment including the societies you live in, I hope that you remember that you are as responsible for your health as you are the health of others. Our new VOTE t-shirts, designed with heart and highlighting some of the movements we care about most, are now available at tracyanderson.com. 100% of t-shirt sales will be donated to @ourcommoncause, an organization fighting for an accountable government, equal rights and empowering voices to be heard. 🗳

Podwaliny do opracowania autorskiej metody treningowej Anderson zyskała dzięki współpracy z dr. Ashem, lekarzem medycyny holistycznej. Trening rozpoczyna półgodzinna sesja cardio w postaci sekwencji tanecznej. Kolejne pół godziny to ćwiczenia mięśni pomocniczych wykonywane z obciążeniem własnego ciała lub lekkimi ciężarkami o wadze do półtora kilograma. Jej fenomen doceniły Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna czy Alessandra Ambrosio.

Plant the seeds of new thoughts in the garden of your mind. Nurture kindness, compassion and wisdom and those seeds will grow. Do nothing and the weeds will overtake the mind. Every time you choose love over hate, peace over war, harmony over chaos, it’s like weeding out your inner garden. Plant the seeds of flowers whose fruit is sweet and life of inner peace.
